Vacuum system with a double system.
First we want you to explain about the background from a dual system:
EN13155 is a rule in which a double system is named. This standard is not a requirement it is a guideline for manufacturers. It is no obligation because this standard is written by manufacturers. Furthermore, the European Commission does not see it as a obligation because it would be wrong for the state of technology. Everything comes under CE must comply with this EN norm or must have an equivalent or lower residual risk.
Our machines with a single system have an equivalent or lower residual risk, this we have confirmed by TUV, and we also have a certificate. Our oval machines are the only battery vacuum machines in Europe with a TUV certificate.
We even believe that a dual vacuum system, security is a sham. the biggest risk to place glass is breaking glass or sliding glass. These risks are not compensated by a double system. The only risk that is excluded with a dual vacuum system is broken tubes, however ........ the risk of tube failure is very much larger by a double system because you have to apply much more tubes.
Of course it is no problem to provide a dual vacuum system. Simple systems with 2 or 4 pads can even be switched to our basic battery units, which keep costs down.
There are situations where a dual system is desired for example if a frame has more boxes with glass in it. If this glass breaks a dual system is much safer.
If a long flight with the crane, over persons, objects or buildings, it is an obligation to create a 2e lifting device, using belts or bands. These rules apply to all vacuum machines, double or single system. The law states that a vacuumsystem is not fixed or connecting with the load and therefore should, in these situations, a secound lifting divice "be created".
